It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

I begin with 6 basic lessons and then adapt my curriculum to the strengths and interests of the student

  • I do not start by teaching you individual songs. Instead we will go over the basic building blocks of songs covering most types of American music of the past 100 years.

  • Duration

    I believe in 1 hour lessons. This allows for review, learning a new concept and hearing examples of what we are attempting.

  • Frequencey

    For most students(especially beginners) 1 weekly lesson is recommended with 2-3 short practices(15-20 minutes) expected throughout the week.

  • Perspective

    American music music genres have been mixing and changing each other for decades. So I have a system that simplifies different types, not taking a classic view that focuses on memorizing, melody, and just doing what you are told. I focus on the big picture and your instrument’s role.

Block Specials

If you are willing to commit to a block of 10 lessons, I will give you lessons 11 and 12 for free.

Preferable to be pay up front, installments could be arranged.
